Dear colleagues,
I would be really grateful if you could check my identification of certain testate amoebae species, which I found in a peat of Kotelnice poor fen. This species - Cryptodifflugia pusilla - was dominant in one development phase of studied mire that was reconstructed as a forested transitional mire with a mix of tree (mainly spruce, less pine, alder and fir), lower groundwater level (DWT around 11 cm; based on TA), lower pH and nutrients (pH around 4, Ellenberg indicator value for nutrient availability around 2; based on plant macrofossils).
Thank you in advance for any comments!
Best regards,
Anna Šímová
